One of QBPC’s missions is to proactively act as an international mutual exchange bridge on IP related matters between China and the rest of the world. Strengthening the communication and collaboration with IACC is in line with such strategy.
At the invitation of IACC, Michael Ding (QBPC Chair), gave a speech on “IP Protection in China”, sharing his view on overall IP landscape in China, how things have evolved over the past couple of years, and priorities of QBPC and her members moving forward. While joining in the panel discussion on “Around the World – Policy and Legislative Developments Impacting Brand Enforcement”, he introduced latest status and trend of brand protection and enforcement in China on behalf of QBPC.
Michael and William Mansfield (QBPC Vice Chair) also had fruitful exchanges with Bob Barchiesi, President of IACC and his team, discussed strategic programs or projects to be jointly worked on in near future.
