    Position Title: Membership Service Specialist
    Base: Beijing
    Reporting: Membership Service Manager
     
    Responsibilities:
    ¯  Administrations support and contact of QBPC Membership Services Committee (MSC).
    •         Support MSC Chairs to carry out Committee projects and follow up with related issues;
    •         Update QBPC introduction materials annually;
    •         Support MSC Chairs to formulate and distribute QBPC Survey to all member companies and draft survey report;
    •         Support MSC Chairs on new member recruitment and follow up with relate issues;
    •         Support MSC Chairs on engaging inactive members & new members assimilation;
    •         Communicate with leaders to respond to the general inquiries from members/visitors;
    •         Contact the members for the identification issue for the law enforcement agencies with the assistance of legal staff
    •         Support IWGs’ projects including but not limited to contact with hotel to provide pre-event support; process all the payments and maintain daily update of any event owned by IWGs.
     
    ¯  QBPC Membership Fee Collection
    •         Support MSC on membership annual renewal: send invoice on Q4 each year to renew QBPC membership for next year; follow up with un-responded members; update fee collection status to leaders monthly or bi-monthly; Responses members’ requirement;
    •         Service provider management.
    •         Logistic support to QBPC Membership Meetings and Anniversary
    •         Fulfill other tasks assigned by the leadership
     
    Requirements:
    ¯  A bachelor degree or higher.
    ¯  Good at written English skills(Working language is English and Mandarin).
    ¯  Working experience in MNCs is a plus.
    ¯  Excellent communication skills, strong logical thinking ability, good legal analysis skills, and being principle but with creativity and adaptability to resolve complicated issues.
    ¯  Honest, and can be a good team player.
    ¯  Capability to use MS office software, especially good skill in PowerPoint, Excel &Word.
    ¯  Knowledge/education/working experience in law or policy is a plus.

    工作职责:
    *  主管部门对QBPC会员服务委员会(MSC)的支持和联系。
    •支持MSC主席完成委员会项目并跟进相关事宜;
    •每年更新QBPC介绍材料;
    •支持MSC主席制定和分发QBPC调查给所有会员公司并起草调查报告;
    •支持MSC主席就新成员招募工作进行跟踪并跟进相关问题;
    •支持MSC主席就吸收非会员和新成员同化问题提供支持;
    •与领导沟通,回应会员/访客的一般询问;
    •在法律人员的协助下,与会员联系,帮助寻找相关案件权利人
    •支持IWG的项目,包括但不限于与酒店联系以提供会前支持;处理所有付款,并维护IWG所拥有的任何活动的每日更新。
    *  QBPC会员收费
    •支持MSC对会员年度更新:每年第四季度发送发票给明年QBPC会员更新;跟进未答复的成员;每月或每两个月向领导更新收费情况;回应会员的要求;
    •供应商管理;
    •参与并协助管理QBPC会员大会等会务举办;
    •履行会员服务经理指派的其他工作。
     
    岗位要求:
    •         本科以上学历。
    •         擅长书面英语能力(工作语言为英文和普通话)
    •         跨国公司工作经验者优先。
    •         沟通能力和逻辑思维能力优秀。
    •         适应能力强,善于梳理、解决复杂问题。
    •         熟练使用Office软件。
    •            在法律或政策方面的知识/教育/工作经验优先考虑。


    工作地址:北京市朝阳区建外大街甲24号东海中心507室
     
    上班时间:弹性工作8:30-18:30,保证每天8小时工作时间,前后一小时自行安排;
