Dear all members,

As you know, QBPC holds anniversary and “Best Practices Award” ceremony annually. Now it is time to nominate the best practices, among which 10 Best Practices will be selected and awarded. Please kindly refer to the attachment for 10 Best Practices Award 2011-2012 Guidelines and Criteria. Please note that the total number of winning cases is 10.

Please find the template of the recommendation forms in English and Chinese, complete and send them together with supporting materials, such as the copy of the original judgment or penalty decision to Lizzy Liu, QBPC Legal Specialist via fax at 86 (10) 8522 6236 or email at Lizzyliu@qbpc.org.cn by COB Feb 20, 2012. Please make sure that the case you nominate is legally concluded and effective(administrative punishment decision or judgment at least effective before Feb.20,2012 or the nomination is not qualified.).  

Since the space of the best practices’ brochure is limited, the English words in the attached recommendation form should not exceed 400 in total, and the Chinese characters should not exceed 600. You may attach a more detailed description if you want to make the Steering Council more clearly understand your case.
