First Secretary of EU Delegation Visits QBPC

On October 28, European Union Delegation Trade Section First Secretary Hélène Juramy visited QBPC Office. QBPC Chair Michael Ding welcomed the guest and made a brief introduction of QBPC. Juramy stated that being first time working in China, she was impressed by the progress. The two sides discussed issues related to E-Commerce Law, evidentiary rules and their effects on foreign right holders, the recently revised rules on criminal investigation into trade secret misappropriation and the impact of the amended Patent Law on the pharmaceutical industry.
