INPI Counselor of French Embassy in China Visited QBPC Office

Quality Brands Protection Committee of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (“QBPC”) Chair Michael Ding has received  Julie HERVE, INPI Counselor of French Embassy in China at QBPC Office on July 13. QBPC Vice Chair Jack Chang also attended the meeting online.

 

Michael and Jack first introduced QBPC organization, achievements, concerns and partnership. HERVE introduced the intellectual property issues focused by French enterprises in China, including trademark infringements and counterfeits. Both parties also exchanged views on issues such as bad faith trademark application and registration, criminal protection of intellectual property rights, trade secrets, patent and technology. HERVE recognized the importance of the works of QBPC and looked forward to strengthening cooperation with the QBPC on IP protection.
