Exchanging Meeting between QBPC and British Embassy in China

Quality Brands Protection Committee of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (“QBPC”) and the British Embassy in China successfully held an online exchange today.

QBPC Chair Michael Ding, Vice Chair Jack Chang, British Embassy Intellectual Property Attaché Conor Murray and others participated in the exchange.

Michael Ding and Jack Chang first introduced QBPC organization, achievements and important projects in progress. Murray introduced the intellectual property issues concerned by British enterprises, including ones related to bad faith trademark application and registration, infringements online and on E-commerce platforms. Mr. Murray recognized the importance of the works of QBPC. Both sides stated to continue to strengthen cooperation in the future.
